Sitting right on the water's edge in Mabini, Batangas just a 10 minute walk from the famous Anilao Pier, is a cosy seaside hotel that is clean, safe and friendly with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea.
This is a fantastic new concept for the traveling underwater photographer seeking the necessary amenities of a dive resort minus the frills, swimming pool and flat screen TV in the rooms. Convenient shore diving access is available right in front of the resort, the facilities are tailor made by photographers who understand exactly what is important. The charm, art, hospitality and food create a setting for a unique experience. Wi-fi is available free of charge at all times.

There are dedicated drying areas in each room and multiple power sockets for ease of charging camera equipment, laptops and phones. For the budget conscious, we also offer five fan rooms with shared common bathroom, tastefully decorated for a taste of local village living.
Breakfast is complimentary for our in-house guests while a continuous flow of processed drinking water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate is available throughout the day. The Dark Room
A dedicated zone with camera work stations, a large display monitor, plenty of charging outlets and blow dryers all set in an air conditioned, closed-off area. Photo or video editing can be done in optimum lighting conditions both day and night.
A place to unwind and soak up the sun during the day or stare up into a crystal clear starlit sky at night over a couple of refreshing drinks. Offering superb panoramic views of the sea overlooking the 'Bay Area', with sunsets that will take your breath away.
The Anilao Photo Hotel is the brainchild of Tim Ho. The décor that dominates the property enhances the photo concept suggested. Inspired by his passion for underwater photography he creates a perfect setting with the themed interior while offering the functionality and amenities that will suit the needs of all underwater photographers from beginner to professional level.
As a home to photography enthusiasts, the intention is to evolve the perfect meeting point to share, exchange ideas and exhibit works of art much like in a gallery or museum.
Tim's second venture in Anilao is kick-started with friends Erwin Robles, part-owner of the luxurious Aiyanar Beach & Dive Resort, Cassandra Dragon who is actively involved in Media and Project Consulting in the dive industry and PADI Dive Instructor Vivian Woo who operates an active dive tourism agency out of China.
As the four divers came together, the realization of a mutual common interest paved the way for the formation of an idea specifically for photography enthusiasts. They teamed up to create the perfect setting for fellow divers with a common passion for photography, offering the facilities, the shore entry, the comfort, the know how, the hospitality and the price range that will be perfect for fellow enthusiasts.
